楼主申请2013年米国MPP。
选校的时候，选了九个米国的，一个新加坡国立，数了数，一共十个。
我和潘老师商量，是不是略少了啊。
潘老师：......是啊。
我决定再加一个，犹豫啊犹豫，我问潘老师，UCLA怎么样？潘老师说，难申。我墨迹了一下，问密西根呢，潘老师说，也难申。我问潘老师，哪个更难申一点呢，潘老师犹豫了一下，说都难申。
最后小黄鸡点点豆豆，OK，密西根了。
申请的时候密西根的文书比较麻烦，要一个personal statement和statement of purpose
楼主搞了半天，才明白这两个有什么区别。
OK，这都不是重点。
3月2日，楼主收到新加坡国立的笔试面试，隔天收到UCSD的面试。
3月14日，一大早被QQ吵醒，群里listen说，收到了密西根一封华丽丽的拒信。
鉴于楼主从头到尾都对密大没抱希望，于是淡定在在床上用pad刷了次邮箱。
开头一句
Dear Yunzhen:
Congratulations!
楼主欣喜若狂啊！当初楼主接到新加坡国立面试的时候，看到人家学院华丽丽的名字：李光耀公共政策学院。瞬间觉得人家好高端洋气上档次啊有木有！！！李光耀啊！有木有！！！
结果楼主后来发现但凡是公共政策学院，大小通吃老少咸宜都爱加一个XXX公共政策学院！！
楼主申请的时候没怎么关注密西根那神马神马学院，来来回回看了几遍，人家是福特公共政策学院！福特啊！瞬间觉得甩出了李光耀几条大街啊有木有！！！楼主没事又查了MPP的专排，全美第三啊我之前肿么不知道!
楼主一颗去新加坡国立的坚定的心瞬间碎了。
OK，周四收到的录取信里说下周回finalize奖学金，于是楼主写了一封情深意切的求奖学金的信。
然后打电话通知了父母大人，周末用崔莹的收费网关，上了密西根华人站开始找房子。楼主找房子找的心花怒放。两年前寒假去新西兰的时候，楼主就深深喜欢上了这种安谧的生活，草坪，蓝天，大幅的海报，静谧的接到。everything is perfect.
周一一大早，楼主就写邮件把手里的offer拒了。然后给密西根又发了一封情深意切的表忠心的信。
周一晚上11:58，小秘回邮件了，说有这些奖学金，你可以考虑一种bulabula。
生活是多么的美好！
周二一大早，刷了个邮箱。悲剧了......

In the past, we have regularly gone to our wait list, a spots become available. We will be sending out those messages after the response deadline of 4/20/13.
