So our team visited two absolutely different companies. The first was a small Chinese restaurant and the second was a big steel company Outokumpu. After this two visits I thought a lot about my future and which “way” is mine.
Now I think that the best way for me is to work in such big company as Outokumpu. Restaurant business is something that situated somewhere out of my future plans. Big company is much better. The main reason of my decision is that work in such big company as Outokumpu will give me a lot of opportunities to developing. Also I think it can be more interesting for me as for manager because in big company managers work is really hard and a lot of things depend on you. I am not afraid of difficulties that I can face with. I am study here to learn how solve such kind of problems.
So I chose my “way” and I will try to do everything to get such kind of job.

After visiting some companies, a small restaurant and a big international steel factory, I got the impressions that they both included some things that attract me a lot: Small business offers freedom, control and ability to see results from your decisions directly. Large companies offer more stability, probably less stress related to work and regular salary, just to name few examples.
I would like to separate my work from my private life. Still I understand that in a managing position some things, for instance important decisions, follow you wherever you go. Still I feel that there’s a big difference between a private entrepreneur and a manager in a large company what comes into terms of responsibility.
I’m not sure where my future will take me. I might start my working career in some big company, learning from both success and mistakes, and maybe make the decision of staying or leaving after 5 years. Some aspects in small business interest me nevertheless to that extend that I would be interested to invest money into a small company and support it with my skills, still being able to take a relaxed atmosphere to working there. For me it’s a big difference between “you must” and “you can” therefore helping to run a business as a hobby sounds as an interesting idea.
