什么情况，为什么I-20上面没写我要读ESL？求解！！！~~~

我分数没到，要去强生读语言的，但是今天来的I-20上面只写了我是本科，给我了时间期限是48个月，没有让我读ESL。
但是第六项写the student is not proficient. English instrucation will be given at the school.这个是什么情况！~
求各位大虾指点！！~
