哪怕是50、60分的学生，都可以利用英语题目的一些规律来获取分数，能提高至少20-30分。

比如说在做完形填空和阅读理解题时，不用看文章和题干，只是简单的比较四个选项，就能瞬间选出正确答案。 2010完型例题

我们看四个选项：ABD三个选项都有“不好”的倾向，只有C没有“忧虑”等不良情绪，所以选C。这么做看似非常冒险，其实是符合高考命题特征的，你只需掌握“词性比较”这个规律即可：相似意思的选项，如果词性别于其他选项，那么95%以上是正确选项。如下一题：
A. Largely B. Generally C. Gradually D. Probably
ABD都是含义不肯定的副词，只有C含义较为明确，因此选C。

我们来看一下2010北京卷完形填空的一些选项：
37. A. opinion B. impression C. information D. intention
BCD三个选项都是被动传达的信息的意思，只有A选项是主观意见，因此选A。
40. A. questions B. comments C. explanations D. remarks
BCD三个选项都是注释、解释、记号，只有A选项是问题，倾向性明显不同，故选A。

当然，这种题多半是同类词汇比较适用，有一定的局限性。一般情况下，我们教会同学们在单词量不够的情况下该如何读题、找到题目的暗示，这个才是英语猜答的真正技巧。
