The “Company” may share the collected information and personal information with third-party companies.       The Company has established a procedure in which members can click ‘Consent’ button or ‘Not consent’ button regarding the Personal Information Handling Policy or Terms of Use of the Company. To prevent repetition of illegal use violating relevant laws or the Company’s Terms of Use, the Company may collect user status data, visit dates and times, service use records (related to failure), bad use records, etc.
        The following services are provided by collecting location data and status data of “location-based service (hereafter referred to as LBS).”
        1) Confirmation of real-time location of the object of location data collection (address is shown to other customers up to “city” level)
        2) Provision of customer’s national and regional (within a 10 km radius) game ranking based on location data
        3) By collecting status data (weather, etc.) of the object of location data collection, the same weather status is applied in JC Entertainment’s mobile social network game "Rule the Sky" (effect in the game varies depending on the weather).
        4. Sharing of collected personal information
        The Company uses users’ personal information within the scope notified in the Policy, and does not use or, in principle, disclose user’s personal information in excess of such scope without the user’s prior consent. This does not apply in the following cases.

          6. Managing and usage period for personal information
          A. In principle, any member’s personal information will be destroyed as follows when the purpose of collection or provision is achieved. If required under relevant laws, personal information will be stored during the period mentioned below.
          1) Records on Indications or Advertisements: 6 months
          2) Records of Contract and Withdrawal of Offer: 5 years
          3) Records of Payment and Supply of Goods: 5 years
          4) Records on Handling of Consumer’s Complaints or Disputes: 3 years
          5) Copies of Any Member’s ID Card or Any Comparable Proof of Identity: To be destroyed immediately after confirmation of identity
          6) For members causing problems to the service due to their unsound use of service, charges may be pressed to crime investigation agencies. To protect other members, relevant personal information may be held for one (1) year.
          B. Notwithstanding the above-mentioned management period, consent will be obtained from the member if necessary to continue managing personal information.
          7. Procedure and method of destroying personal information
          Unless otherwise prescribed by relevant laws or the Policy, the Company immediately destroys relevant information when the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows.
          1) Procedure of destruction
          - Any information entered by any member for membership subscription is destroyed after achieving the purposes and after storing the information for a certain period of time as required by internal policies and other relevant laws. (Refer to management and usage period.)

            C. If any member’s representative visits and requests to view or correct personal information, the Company confirms whether he is an authorized representative of the member and may request proof of the representative’s authority.
            D. If the Company has justifiable reasons to refuse request for view of all or part of the personal information or for correction of any member’s personal information, the Company immediately notifies the member and explains the reasons.
            E. Changes in mandatory items provided by the member at the time of membership subscription such as name, resident registration number, or e-mail address may cause errors in services provided by the Company. The Company may request relevant members to follow a separate procedure regarding changes in the members’ mandatory items to provide smooth and reliable services.
            9. Technical and administrative measures to protect personal information
            A. In handling any member’s personal information, the Company takes technical and administrative measures as follows to prevent loss, theft, leak, unauthorized alteration, or damage of personal information.
            1) Any member’s personal information is protected by passwords, and important data is protected through a separate security function by encrypting files and transmitted data.
            2) The Company is not responsible for leakage of personal information such as ID or password due to any member’s negligence or problems related to the Internet or terminals. Only the member is aware of his password, and so he should not disclose the password to anyone. The Company recommends logging out and ending games after the use of the Company services in principle to protect the security of passwords.
            To protect personal information, the Company recommends that members voluntarily change passwords periodically.
            3) The Company has adopted security devices (SSL or SET) which can safely transmit personal information on the network through a password algorithm.
            4) The Company uses external invasion-blocking devices to prevent any member’s personal information from being leaked by hacking. Each server is equipped with an invasion detection system, monitoring the system constantly.
            5) The Company is minimizing the scope of personnel that handles the members’ personal information by separately designating a personal information handling personnel. The Company emphasizes compliance with this Personal Information Handling Policy and Juvenile Protection Policies by educating personal information handling personnel on new security technologies from time to time.

The outsourcing contracts clearly prescribe strict compliance with the personal information protection-related directions by the service provider, confidentiality concerning personal information, prohibition on provision of personal information to third parties, responsibility for accidents, thereby protecting users’ rights and interests.

                          6. Managing and usage period for personal information
                          A. In principle, any member’s personal information will be destroyed as follows when the purpose of collection or provision is achieved. If required under relevant laws, personal information will be stored during the period mentioned below.
                          1) Records on Indications or Advertisements: 6 months
                          2) Records of Contract and Withdrawal of Offer: 5 years
                          3) Records of Payment and Supply of Goods: 5 years
                          4) Records on Handling of Consumer’s Complaints or Disputes: 3 years
                          5) Copies of Any Member’s ID Card or Any Comparable Proof of Identity: To be destroyed immediately after confirmation of identity
                          6) For members causing problems to the service due to their unsound use of service, charges may be pressed to crime investigation agencies. To protect other members, relevant personal information may be held for one (1) year.
                          B. Notwithstanding the above-mentioned management period, consent will be obtained from the member if necessary to continue managing personal information.
                          7. Procedure and method of destroying personal information
                          Unless otherwise prescribed by relevant laws or the Policy, the Company immediately destroys relevant information when the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows.
                          1) Procedure of destruction
                          - Any information entered by any member for membership subscription is destroyed after achieving the purposes and after storing the information for a certain period of time as required by internal policies and other relevant laws. (Refer to management and usage period.)

                            2) Method of destruction
                            - Personal information printed out on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
                            - Personal information in an electronic file format is deleted by technical methods which make it impossible to restore the data.
                            8. Rights of users and legal representatives and methods to exercise the rights
                            Any member may confirm, view, or correct his personal information himself and request termination of his membership, anytime.
                            A. Any member may withdraw his consent to collection of personal information by clicking “Withdrawal of Membership” under “Personal Information Management” in the Company’s homepage or by expressing such intent to the Head of Personal Information Management in writing, by phone, by e-mail, etc. In such case, the Company confirms the member’s identity, and then takes the necessary measures, such as destruction of relevant personal information unless otherwise prescribed by the law. If personal information is destroyed due to withdrawal of membership, the information created and accumulated by the member while using the Company’s service may also be destroyed.
                            B. Any member may request to view and correct his personal information in the “Personal Information Management” page of the Company’s homepage. In such case, the Company takes the necessary measures.
                            C. If any member’s representative visits and requests to view or correct personal information, the Company confirms whether he is an authorized representative of the member and may request proof of the representative’s authority.
                            D. If the Company has justifiable reasons to refuse request for view of all or part of the personal information or for correction of any member’s personal information, the Company immediately notifies the member and explains the reasons.
                            E. Changes in mandatory items provided by the member at the time of membership subscription such as name, resident registration number, or e-mail address may cause errors in services provided by the Company. The Company may request relevant members to follow a separate procedure regarding changes in the members’ mandatory items to provide smooth and reliable services.
                            9. Technical and administrative measures to protect personal information
                            A. In handling any member’s personal information, the Company takes technical and administrative measures as follows to prevent loss, theft, leak, unauthorized alteration, or damage of personal information.
                            1) Any member’s personal information is protected by passwords, and important data is protected through a separate security function by encrypting files and transmitted data.
                            2) The Company is not responsible for leakage of personal information such as ID or password due to any member’s negligence or problems related to the Internet or terminals. Only the member is aware of his password, and so he should not disclose the password to anyone. The Company recommends logging out and ending games after the use of the Company services in principle to protect the security of passwords.
                            To protect personal information, the Company recommends that members voluntarily change passwords periodically.
                            3) The Company has adopted security devices (SSL or SET) which can safely transmit personal information on the network through a password algorithm.
                            4) The Company uses external invasion-blocking devices to prevent any member’s personal information from being leaked by hacking. Each server is equipped with an invasion detection system, monitoring the system constantly.
                            5) The Company is minimizing the scope of personnel that handles the members’ personal information by separately designating a personal information handling personnel. The Company emphasizes compliance with this Personal Information Handling Policy and Juvenile Protection Policies by educating personal information handling personnel on new security technologies from time to time.

                              “Personal information” means any information provided in a format classified to enable identification from other users, and is provided in a format in which individual users cannot be identified and a user cannot communicate with another user who has not given consent. This information may be used to improve the Company’s products and online sites, research internal marketing, or simply collect statistical information on the Company’s users.
                              “Personally-identifiable information” consists of "a user’s name, e-mail address, ID, password, date of birth, image, actual address, software and hardware characteristics, or any other data of the user by which the receiver of such data can individually identify the user.” “Personally-identifiable information” can be changed depending on specific products or sites.
                              “Cookie” means any information allowed to be transmitted from your terminal for the purpose of information management. Cookie stored in a computer or terminal means any information that can be used to "remember" user-registered passwords, etc. Cookies generally accelerate user’s browsing speed, saving time in sending information such as user’s passwords or registrations. The Company may use user information-searching cookies for security purposes in promotion and marketing.
                              “Internet protocol (IP) address” means the number assigned to any server or Internet service provider (ISP). The Company may track such IP address for the management of the system. This encompasses the collecting of information, tracking of sites, maintaining of security, and preventing of abuse of servers.
                              To provide better services to users, the Company may collect access logs and certification dates, payment records, game versions, telecommunications service provider information, and terminal information (model names, available memories and file sizes, OS versions, serial numbers and IDs of devices or IMEI, etc.). To prevent repetition of illegal use violating relevant laws or the Company’s Terms of Use, the Company may collect user status data, visit dates and times, service use records (related to failure), bad use records, etc.
                              The following services are provided by collecting location data and status data of “location-based service (hereafter referred to as LBS).”
                              1) Confirmation of real-time location of the object of location data collection (address is shown to other customers up to “city” level)
                              2) Provision of customer’s national and regional (within a 10 km radius) game ranking based on location data
                              3) By collecting status data (weather, etc.) of the object of location data collection, the same weather status is applied in JC Entertainment’s mobile social network game "Rule the Sky" (effect in the game varies depending on the weather).
                              4. Sharing of collected personal information
                              The Company uses users’ personal information within the scope notified in the Policy, and does not use or, in principle, disclose user’s personal information in excess of such scope without the user’s prior consent. This does not apply in the following cases.
