Well, Joe & Ariel walked back to the centre, and I think it was then they were going to kiss…but it was obvious they didn’t really kiss, just “borrow position”. Suddenly, on the right side, Jiro shouted, “Wait! She’s mine!” (something like that…can’t remember the exact words) Then he walked toward the extended platform, and began to sing “Men shouldn’t let women cry”. Jiro kept looking back at Ariel while he was singing this song!
But Joe put his arm in front of Ariel, as if he was trying to protect Ariel from Jiro, to prevent Jiro from stealing Ariel. And Ariel was busy waving her hands around, making a cross “X” signal, trying to tell Jiro she didn’t want him. Overall, it was just really cute! Joe & Ariel both whispered to each other during the song. Whenever Ariel whispered something, Joe would carefully bend his head lower, so he could hear Ariel clearly.
So when Jiro finished singing, they all walked off the stage. And the SWEETEST thing was that Joe helped Ariel with her wedding dress. He made sure that Ariel won’t step on her dress and stumble. Therefore, as Ariel walked off the stage, Joe followed behind, and held on her train (of the wedding dress)!!! It was just so sweet…and so caring of Joe! We can really be rest assured that Joe does take good care of Ariel! =)
While they were backstage, we got to see a clip of them arriving at Narita airport the day before. On the bus to Tokyo, they talked about how they felt upon seeing all these fans waiting for them. First, Ariel said although all fans were waiting for mainly Joe and Jiro, she was still very touched to see so many fans’ support. Jiro said this was the second time he had been to Japan. But it was the first time for business, for promotional purpose. Therefore, he was shocked yet happy, to see so many fans!!! Joe looked a bit tired, I guess it must be due to the hour-wait at customs. He thanked all the fans who came, and he also talked about his cap. He said he wrote it…so fans could read it. Afterwards, the clip showed Jiro trying to take a photo of Tokyo Tower. He tried a few times, however, he failed to take a good photo…because the bus was going too fast, and trucks were passing by, blocking the view of Tokyo Tower. (Joe & Ariel were sleeping.) Jiro seemed really disappointed.
At first, I thought they were going to the back and change clothes. However, after the airport clip had ended, they all came back, still in wedding attire. (From here onwards, I must apologize…because I could barely remember the details or order of events…since it had been a week. Therefore, I might be wrong…so please excuse my mistakes.)
