There is no right way to manage a career and fanily ,there is no sweeping prescription for everyone,and there is not necessairly one choice for an entire lifetime.There is a problem ,though,with the fact that men do not seem to face these question on the same level women do .Oddly,while women may be struggling with theri choices ,men may still not be fully aware of theirs.
