I found these questions in a American professor's blog, these are the some questions his Chinese students asked him. I would like the answers to them. I am not trying to be anti-anything, but to be critical.
–“Why do you call it ‘owning a house’ in America if the government can take it away from you if you do not pay your taxes? Isn’t that just renting a house?”
–“If America has a One America Policy, one that you fought a civil war about, and Canada has a One Canada Policy, and Britain has a One Britain Policy, why can’t China have a One China Policy?”
–“Why are there more black people in combat and prison per-capita than white people?”
–“ Why does America call actions ”oppression” except when it is companies like Microsoft helping censor words like “democracy” on our blogs?”
–“Why does the U.S. kidnap people it wants from other democratic countries?”
–“Why does America punish other nations that support terrorism while allowing WWII Japanese war criminals, that killed thousands of Chinese, to visit the U.S. anytime they wish?”
–“Why doesn’t the U.S. want China to increase spending for its military defense? Japan and the U.S. spend more money, per person, than any of the other nations in the world don’t they?”
–“Why isn’t the government taking economic action against Mexico and Japan for their trade deficits with the U.S.?”
–“What is the difference between ‘spin’ and ‘propaganda?’”
–“What is the difference between ‘communist incursion’ and ‘democratic liberation?’”
–“Why does your government allow farmers to feed antibiotics to your cows and chickens? Hasn’t it caused deaths in your hospitals from infection to double? Why does your press say we are a danger to the world because our farmers are using a flu medicine to treat sick chickens but you do it all the time?”
