【八卦分享】那些你不知道的Melinda Clarke(不定期更新)

Ps：LZ被毕设xxo得都不知道今天是星期几，出门的时候也没带手机，还有事捉鸡问了路人，囧
不水了，发几条先。

1.为什么据演尖声惊叫1（Scream）：
她说自己已经再不想演惊悚片了。
“Although she turned down a role in Scream because she was not sure she wanted to
do horror, we all know her best from her roles in Return of The Living Dead 3
and Killer Tongue. ”
其实她在活死人3的采访里面已经说过，这是她第一部也是最后一部惊悚片 =。=
ps：我可以说我认为Melinda很适合演惊悚片么 因为那双看穿一切的眼睛


2.“我想我是一个强势的人”
Melinda说自己得到了很多角色都是强势的女人，所以她觉得这个自己个性的反应。

4.婚礼上跳钢管舞(exotic pole dance)
是这样的！！！
一次Melinda采访时说起自己的wild side：97年的婚礼上，Melinda喝得特别醉
听到The Doors乐队的“LA Woman”这首歌时，
就当着所有人的面跳起了钢管舞
(说来也巧，The Doors乐队里面唯一听过的歌就是LA Woman)
我想Melinda年轻的时候肯定也很野性啊哈哈哈

脑补：The Doors的LA Woman是1971年发行的，主唱是著名的Jim Morrison



5.小时候就很爱养动物。。。。以至于还养过domestic rat(家鼠??!!)
他们兄弟姐妹们想养仓鼠，但是papa说：“仓鼠太笨了(笨才可爱>。<)，家鼠聪明些”
于是。。。他们就去搞来了domestic rat养，还用星球大战里面的人物取名

for animals that most parents would dislike: rats! Melinda recalls, “When we
wanted a pet hamster, my dad said, ‘Hamsters aren’t smart; domestic rats are
smarter.’ So we got rats instead and named them after Star Wars characters.”】

6.Melinda曾把狗狗带起The OC的拍摄现场daycare，宠物史：
她把哈巴狗Molly Mae呆到OC拍摄现场去，米沙巴顿的狗狗，还有编剧Josh Schwartz(OC,GossipGirl)的小狗也在，在拍摄现场狗狗得到了照料(daycare日托)
Melinda gives the cats a break from the pug by taking Molly Mae with her to work
on the set of The O.C. “There are so many people on the set with new puppies and
dogs now. Mischa Barton has a dog, and Josh Schwartz, our creator, just got a
puppy,” Clarke says. “I think they are going to have a daycare on the set just
for the dogs!”
小时候养过马和三只鹦鹉：
Melinda also had horses when she was young. “As a kid, you just want to ride,
ride, ride, but 70% of having horses is taking care of them, exercising them—and
they are expensive,” says Clarke. “We also had three parrots, and we raised them from babies.”
另外她养过两只英国短毛猫：Bella Blue和Bart
小时候养过爱斯基摩犬(malamute)和可卡贵宾(Cockapoo)

7.Melinda自白：我是一个曾经shy（腼腆的）、不喜欢冲突争拗的人、一个drama geek
（drama geek，后面我要详细解释解释）
①我以前是一个比较腼腆的人，所以我觉得人生的终极挑战就是表演音乐喜剧，因为那要让最后一排的人听见你的声音，所以声音要够大，而且要运用自己的身体来表演。
According to Clarke, she used to be quite shy, but not anymore. “I am one of
those people who thinks the ultimate thing in life is doing a musical comedy
because you have to sing out,” she explains. “You have to be big enough so that
people can hear you in the back row, and you are using your whole body. I did
musical comedies a lot as a kid.” She continues,“I have no fear as far as making a fool of myself, and the character I play on The O.C. is a part of that.
②不同于Julie Cooper的是，我是一个敏感的人，过于关心别人是怎么想的，因为我喜欢和睦的关系，不喜欢冲突。
Unlike Julie Cooper, however, I am much more sensitive and care too much about what people think. I like my relationships to be harmonious. I don’t like conflict
③尽管如此，我并不在乎别人是不是觉得我silly。前不久，我的高中同学让我想起来，我是本质“Drama Geek”
but that being said, I don’t care if people think I am silly or goofy.
I am probably just essentially a drama geek. That is what my high school friend
reminded me of the other day.”
【Drama Geek】
大概是说学校里的交际焦点(center of social calendar)，在学校很cool，大声说话，很随意，知道很多笑话have inside jokes，像生活大爆炸里面的谢耳朵也是叫geek，但是drama geek不会像其他geek那样不合群(恰恰相反)。。。。。
在我理解起来，就是那种能玩，又很有趣的人，虽然会有点浮夸，有点傻x，但是很能活跃气氛。
