如果有两个offers,有些不知选哪个。。。。。
hemodialysis company is an acute setting and probably the experience looks good on my resume. i need to supervise 4 or more nurse assistants and monitor patients constantly. environment is kind of stressful, but the company offers education reimbursement.......that means the company will pay my super expensive school tuitions. i think the nurse manager is a Filipino or hispanic and she is bilingual & fluent in english and spanish. many hemodialysis patients speak spanish only. i speak no spanish.
misericordia is a very friendly environment. patients are usually stable, but many of them have seizures. my job mostly is to give medications, do some assessment if patients become unstable, and also communicate with docs and nps. my future boss is a super nice american female and colleagues are nice too.
