for your problem,you can just try this way,maybe it will help you!
click "start "menu at the bottom, click the third one (R) ，write regsvr32 jscript.dll and click yes.if there is a prompt ,click yes again.then clean the browser's cache(click tool→internet option→delete cookies and delete file).
