Prepare all ingredients in advance , use your feeling to decide the quantities for each of them
You need butter, oil, chicken cutlets, mushrooms, oignons, pepper, salt ( always few ) , cream ( use yugurt if no cream available ), 1 egg ( the yellow part )
Cut the mushrooms in slices ( my advise : use a mix of 2 types of mushrooms, different colour and shape it make the dish more funny )
Cut Oignons ( better small purple ones, more tasty )
Fry the chicken cutlets in oil and butter. They must look "rosty" both sides. I use pepper for more flavour. Keep them aside
Fry the mushrooms and then the oignons together.
Mix the fried chicken cutlets together and mix on fire.
Put the wine on and let heat-up till boiling for 5 minutes maximum + incorporate the cube ( chicken flavour ) if available. I suggest that you use a small cup of Chinese soup instead if remaining to give flavour, no matter the type of soup.
Let cook for some 20 mn or 30 mn but be carefull not to cook the chicken too much ,the best is to cut a chicken cutlet slightly from time to time to look at the cooking level. The cooking time depends of the way you want it.
At the last minute mix the cream ( or yugurt ) with the egg yellow and drop onto the cooking dish for some minutes. Stop cooking when starting to boil.
Just before this last step you can prepare the nuddles
I almost forgot : use white wine, better dry ! If the wine is good you can drink it during the meal!~
