There is a saying goes:Honesty is the best policy. For this statement, I partly agree with it. I agree with this because people will trust you more. Just like a case that a boy breaks a vase. If he tells lies that he doesn't break it, his friends may not trust him anymore when he is found guilty. In this case, honesty is the best policy. But I don't agree with this statement because sometimes being not honest can make people a lot happier. This is what we call white lies. For example, when a boy's friend dies from a car accident, parents can tell the little boy that he goes to somewhere far away from where they live. This can make the boy happier.
