   The fact that one must sit times on the spare bank can quite happen. That is however no leg break. Then one must prove stop in training again that one belongs to first eleven.

   European championship 2004

   First I played here for the U21 in Germany. The fact that it folded for me also still with the EM in Portugal makes me happy naturally. But I would not have been sad, if I had created the jump in Voellers team in this year not yet. Actually I play still in the U19, from therefore was it for me already an enormous success with the U21 thereby to be to be allowed.

F  1. FC Cologne

   The 1. FC Cologne is completely clearly my dream association. Already as a small boy I was FC fan and also frequently in the stadium, around the crew anzufeuern. I play already since the D-youth with the FC.

   Family

   My family is totally important for me, it supports me much. Over my father I came as a small boy also to the football. He was by the way also a very successful soccer player and in former times for Knurow in the first Polish league played.

   Fan

   The fans are our large stimulus and also an enormous support for us. Despite our awkward situation still so many fans came into the stadium and fired themselves on - sowas it gives probably only in Cologne. Therefore it makes naturally also sad for us, if we see, how the fans suffer after our defeats.

   Television

   When I saw myself the first time on the television, that was already an amusing feeling. Also my family and my friends had to only get accustomed to it. In the meantime we all deal however completely loosely with it.

G  Place of birth Gleiwitz

   I am two until three times in the year in Gleiwitz and visit there my granny I have still a strong connection to my place of birth and am there meanwhile at least exactly the same admit as in Germany.

   Money

   I do not judge humans by whether and how they make much money. At the same time I would not like to be defined also by others over my income.

H  Handy

   A Handy to have is meanwhile very important, because I must lead often very many telephone calls. Special if I am on weekend with the crew in the hotel, I use the time and telephone frequently with my parents.

I  InterNet

   I surfe very gladly in the InterNet, often also on the side of the FC. Now it makes me happy the more that I now finally am represented with my own side in the net.

   Interview

   Even if one played times badly, one must place oneself to the questions of the journalists. That does not constitute me anything, it is simply a part of the job.

J  Are jubilant


I do not have special gate rejoicing rehearse, happened always completely spontaneously. Once gab's however a yellow map, because I took my leotard off after the gate against Moenchengladbach. That was however completely all the same to me in the moment.

K  Karneval

   As a Cologner it makes fun Karneval for me to naturally celebrate. If we have a play however in the same week, one must be able to do also without it, there proceeds the preparation the match simply.

My first professional coach, it gave me the first chance with the professionals. He is probably a coach, to who I have to owe at most.

   Koelsch

   I do not drink alcohol and therefore also never Koelsch drank. Of therefore it I cannot say to it also much, except that I do not make myself anything from it.

L  Luxury

   It would not bring me anything, if I would buy now expensive cars or expensive halsketten. One never knows, what can zustossen one on the football field all, there the career can jerk-twitch to be past. From therefore it health is the true luxury for me.

M  Medienrummel

   A certain measure of Medienrummel around my person does not constitute me anything, but I have understanding. I would be a reporter I to the players also many questions would place and as much as possible over her to get to know would want. But as far as with Beckham it will hopefully never come with me.

   Music

   I hear gladly Polish Hip Hop and R'n'B. whether in the hotel, in the bus on the way to the stadium, or even before the play in the changing room I draw up me the headphone and hear the music my favourite volume "Peja", "WWO" and "Mezo".

A fantastischer soccer player, who serves the whole association as model. I think already that he can help the FC.

P  Position. Stuermer or centre zone?

   I play both positions gladly. Times I let fall and play myself the balls forward, I can in addition, in the point play and pass on my fellow players to use. Finally the coach decides, how my role at the place is to look.

   Professional contract

   The term professional contract is nevertheless only a kind status symbol. Whether has amateur or professional, for me neither one nor the other one a pre or a disadvantage. Me it is importantly that I play in the first crew, there is no matter it, as my contract is designated.

R  Back number


In the last season I carried the 36 with the FC, but my favourite number is 11. I had those already in former times with mountain home and in the youth of the FC. For this season I carry however the 10, which also a very coole number is. Particularly since it is connected with much tradition with the FC, finally already Wolfgang Overath carried the 10.

S  Pointed name

   In the crew I am called "Poldi". That comes along that we had three players, who were called Lukas in former times in the D-youth. Thus then everyone got its pointed name. With the designation "prince Poldi" invented by the press I cannot begin against it so much.

   Streetcar

   Thus I in former times always drove to training. That is often mentioned in articles over me - however it is nevertheless completely normal, or? In the meantime I made the driving licence.


T  Talent

   Talent alone is not sufficient surely, in order to create it into the federal league. But one must work already much and hard.

   Coach

   The coach is always the absolute respect person, all the same who now in detail is also. The list of the coach never stands for me to the discussion.

   Training

   Training makes fun completely honest for me. I want to come in training ever further and not remain in my development standing. One must work also again and again on its weaknesses.

   on the carpet remain

   I do not have to take a reason off. I find that one should show its achievement on the football field and not somewhere outside.

V  Model

   A certain model has keins. Some players dream to be of it a daily so as for example Ronaldo or Rivaldo. I orient myself however completely at me.

Z  Future

   Above all the class receipt with that counts 1. FC Cologne. I am not anybody, which forges plans for a long time in advance. One never knows, what comes.

D Derby gegen Leverkusen 对勒沃库森的德比战
So ein Derby hat immer eine besondere Atmosphäre. Es ist ja logisch, dass man solche Spiele immer gewinnen will und deshalb besonders heiß ist. Am schönsten sind Derby-Siege aber bestimmt für unsere Fans.
这样的一场德比赛总有一种特殊的氛围。显然，队员总想拿下这样的比赛，因此比赛也就充满激情了，当然德比战的胜利对于球迷们而言是最美妙的了。
E Ersatzbank 替补席
Dass man mal auf der Ersatzbank sitzen muss, kann ja durchaus passieren. Das ist aber kein Beinbruch. Dann muss man halt im Training wieder beweisen, dass man zur ersten Elf gehört.
球员坐替补席有时也是不可避免的。但那没什么大不了的。球员必须努力训练重新证明，他可以是首发11人中的一员。

Europameisterschaft 2004 2004年欧锦赛
Zunächst habe ich ja für die U21 hier in Deutschland gespielt. Dass es für mich auch noch mit der EM in Portugal geklappt hat, freut mich selbstverständlich.
首先我是为德国20岁以下青年队踢球的。然后我被招入国家队前往葡萄牙参加欧锦赛，对此我自然很高兴。
Aber ich wäre nicht traurig gewesen, wenn ich den Sprung in Völlers Team in diesem Jahr noch nicht geschafft hätte.
但如果今年我在沃勒尔的球队里没有什么作为的话，我也不会伤心。
Eigentlich spiele ich ja noch in der U19, von daher war es für mich schon ein riesiger Erfolg bei der U21 dabei sein zu dürfen.
其实本来我还在19岁以下青年队踢球，能被招入20岁以下青年队对我而言已是莫大的成功。
F 1. FC Köln 科隆俱乐部
Der 1. FC Köln ist ganz klar mein Traumverein. Schon als kleiner Junge war ich FC-Fan und auch häufig im Stadion, um die Mannschaft anzufeuern. Ich selbst spiele ja auch schon seit der D-Jugend beim FC.
不用说，科隆俱乐部是我梦想中的俱乐部。当我很小的时候，我就是科隆球迷，常常去球场为球队加油。我自己是从科隆俱乐部D青年队开始踢球的。
Familie 家庭
Meine Familie ist für mich total wichtig, sie unterstützt mich sehr.
我的家人对我而言是非常重要的，他们非常支持我。
Über meinen Vater kam ich als kleiner Junge auch zum Fußball. Er selbst war übrigens auch ein sehr erfolgreicher Fußballer und hat früher für Knurow in der ersten polnischen Liga gespielt.
通过我父亲，我在很小的时候就接触了足球。他自己也是一个很成功的足球运动员，曾在波兰联赛的Knurow球队效力。
Fans 球迷
Die Fans sind unser großer Ansporn und auch eine riesige Unterstützung für uns.
球迷们对我们而言是莫大的动力，给与我们巨大的支持。
Trotz unserer misslichen Lage kamen immer noch so viele Fans ins Stadion und feuerten uns an – sowas gibt es wohl nur in Köln.
虽然我们现在排名不怎样，但还是有很多球迷来体育场为我们加油---这也许只有在科隆如此了。
Deshalb macht es uns natürlich auch traurig, wenn wir sehen, wie die Fans nach unseren Niederlagen leiden.
因此当我们看到输球后球迷们承受的痛苦，我们也很难过。
Fernsehen 电视
Als ich mich das erste Mal selbst im Fernsehen gesehen habe, war das schon ein komisches Gefühl.
当我第一次从电视机中看到我自己，觉得很好笑。
Auch meine Familie und meine Freunde mussten sich erst daran gewöhnen. Inzwischen gehen wir alle aber ganz locker damit um.
我的家人和朋友也必须习惯于此。现在我们已经都能很轻松地对待它。

J Jubeln 庆祝
Ich habe keinen speziellen Torjubel einstudiert, das passiert immer ganz spontan. Einmal gab's aber eine gelbe Karte, weil ich nämlich nach dem Tor gegen Mönchengladbach mein Trikot auszog. Das war mir in dem Moment allerdings völlig egal.
我没有很特别的庆祝动作，这常常是很自然的做出的。有一次在对门兴格拉德巴赫进球后因为脱球衣吃了黄牌。但在那一刻这也无所谓了。
K Karneval 嘉年华
Als Kölner macht es mir natürlich Spaß Karneval zu feiern. Wenn wir aber in der selben Woche ein Spiel haben, muss man auch darauf verzichten können, da geht die Vorbereitung auf das Match einfach vor.
作为科隆人嘉年华当然给我带来乐趣。但当我们在那周有比赛时不得不放弃嘉年华来准备比赛。
Koller, Marcel 马塞尔科勒
Mein erster Profi-Trainer, er hat mir die erste Chance bei den Profis gegeben. Er ist wohl der Trainer, dem ich am meisten zu verdanken habe.

Kölsch （科隆的一种名酒）
Ich trinke keinen Alkohol und habe deshalb auch noch nie Kölsch getrunken. Von daher kann ich dazu auch nicht viel sagen, außer, dass ich mir nichts daraus mache.
我不喝酒，当然也就没喝过Kölsch，我也不能对此多说些什么，而且我也觉得没什么大不了的。
L Luxus 奢侈品
Es würde mir nichts bringen, wenn ich mir jetzt teure Autos oder teure Halsketten kaufen würde.
如果我现在买很贵的轿车或是项链，这并不能给我带来什么。
Man weiß ja nie, was einem auf dem Fußballplatz alles zustoßen kann, da kann die Karriere ruck-zuck vorbei sein. Von daher ist für mich Gesundheit der wahre Luxus.
球员不知道他们在场上会碰到什么，也许职业生涯匆匆而逝。因此对我而言健康才是真正的奢侈品。
M Medienrummel 媒体聚焦
Ein gewisses Maß an Medienrummel um meine Person macht mir nichts aus, dafür habe ich Verständnis.
我不介意媒体对我个人的诸多聚焦，我能够理解。
Wäre ich Reporter würde ich den Spielern auch viele Fragen stellen und möglichst viel über sie in Erfahrung bringen wollen. Aber so weit wie bei Beckham wird es bei mir hoffentlich nie kommen.
如果我是记者，我也会对球员提出很多问题，可能问很多来增加自己的经验。但我希望永远不要像贝克汉姆那样万众瞩目。
Musik 音乐
Ich höre gerne polnischen Hip-Hop und R'n'B. Ob im Hotel, im Bus auf dem Weg zum Stadion, oder selbst vor dem Spiel in der Umkleidekabine ziehe ich mir die Kopfhörer auf und höre die Musik meiner Lieblingsbands "Peja", "WWO" und "Mezo".
我喜欢听波兰的说唱乐和R&B，无论是在酒店，去球场的大巴上，还是在比赛前的更衣室里，我总是戴上耳机听音乐。我最喜欢的乐队是"Peja", "WWO" 和 "Mezo"。

Ich spiele ja schon seit der U15 für Deutschland. Es war natürlich fantastisch, dass ich bei einer WM - und dann auch noch im eigenen Land - auf dem Feld dabei sein konne.

Ich mag es, einkaufen zu gehen und lege auch Wert auf ein gepflegtes Äußeres.

Ein fantastischer Fußballer, der dem ganzen Verein als Vorbild dient. Ich denke schon, dass er dem FC weiterhelfen kann.
很出色的足球运动员，是我们整支俱乐部的偶像。我想，他能够继续给球队带来帮助。
P Position. Stürmer oder Mittelfeld? 位置：前锋还是中场
Ich spiele beide Positionen gerne. Mal lasse ich mich fallen und spiele die Bälle nach vorne, ich kann aber auch in der Spitze spielen und die Zuspiele meiner Mitspieler verwerten. Letztendlich entscheidet der Trainer, wie meine Rolle auf dem Platz aussehen soll.
这两个位置我都喜欢打。有时我后撤拿球向前推进，我也可以在踢前锋，利用队友的传球得分。最终还是我的教练决定，我在场上踢什么位置。
Profi-Vertrag 职业球员合同
Der Begriff Profi-Vertrag ist doch nur eine Art Statussymbol. Ob Amateur oder Profi, für mich hat weder das eine noch das andere einen Vor- oder Nachteil. Mir ist es wichtig, dass ich in der ersten Mannschaft spiele, da ist es egal, wie mein Vertrag bezeichnet wird.
职业球员合同只是一个身份的标识而已。无论是业余还是职业，对我而言，都没有明显的好处或坏处。对我而言，重要的是我能在一流的球队踢球。我的合同如何对我无所谓。
R Rückennummer 背后的号码
In der letzten Saison trug ich beim FC ja die 36, aber meine Lieblingsnummer ist die 11. Die hatte ich schon früher bei Bergheim und in der Jugend des FC. Seit dieser Saison trage ich allerdings die 10, was auch eine sehr coole Nummer ist. Zumal sie beim FC mit viel Tradition verbunden ist, schließlich hat schon Wolfgang Overath die 10 getragen.
