新三刘备对诸葛亮多少是真心，多少是玩人心？

估计皇叔是想让李严和丞相好好相处吧，，，，
皇叔看人还是蛮准的，他估计看透了李严的心思。但是李严也是个人才，他希望丞相和李严能一起辅助阿斗吧，，，
但是，我还是为丞相不平啊，，，主要是前面的戏太虐了，，，

后期关于孔明的戏都好让人伤心．．．尤其是刘备说的那些话．．．

是，真是各有各的看法。可以照你这样说，但也可以说是皇叔为自己的家业铺路，并不是为了孔明。而且我觉得刘备假心，大部分是因为他用了那句”召他们进宫”让孔明出去了，才与阿斗说话。但是也有人可以说这不是刘备狠心，是刘备为孔明操心，不想让他看到自己死。
真的太多看法了。

说的是。我觉得刘备此戏里就能看准自家的人，但搞不懂敌（和弟）。孔明相反，懂敌但不懂友才会有马谡这事。他们互相相处时还好，就是可惜后来不行了。
伤心是伤心，看起来这个大家都同意？哎...
（我是有点想写一篇...fanfic?（是否叫粉文？）为二人死之后如何再次见面做题。但 － 以我中文这个水平 － 我肯定只能用英文写，而且国外的新三粉丝还是比国内的少，能谈话的机会也少。真是让人失望啊。）

新三的托孤我觉得很真诚啊！说实话，原著里的刘备在众目睽睽之下对孔明说“若嗣子可辅，则辅之；如其不才，君可 自为成都之主”这才是玩人心呢。

我最近对这个新托孤镜头也有点改主意了－虽然我还觉得刘备不是全是真心的，也不能说他全部是假心的。就算他是用”你可自称主”test孔明的忠心，也不必是因为真的以为孔明会干其事－可能也有一点想安慰自己的心才说的。

I've been thinking that even if Liu Bei did test Kongming a little before entrusting Liu Shan to him, he at least felt regret about it. They both know that he changed after he became Emperor, and no matter how much he understands that now, it's too difficult to just go back to the way they trusted each other before.
I guess this isn't a bad thing - the fact that this scene can even be read this way shows that Liu Bei and Zhuge Liang DID actually strongly trust one another before politics and empire got in the way. I definitely don't think the same could be said for the old series, and you're right, that sounds far more like testing.
(also I just figured out how to use the smilies and oh gosh they're so cute - please forgive the silliness)
As far as fanfiction, it's still in the plotting stage and school's getting busier, but I'll definitely keep working on it over time. Will eventually post here if no one minds, I guess - thanks for the welcome!

Hi, don’t worry about replying the posts if you are busy with the assignments. Been there, done that, still remember what it was like to be pressed to meet the deadlines. Those smilies are certainly cute aren’t they? They are also such an effective way to help convey emotions. Love them! LOL
Re watched the confiding Liu Shan scenes from both versions. Call me biased, but I did feel the same scenes in the new series far more heartfelt and truthful comparing to the old one. I like how the new series gave Liu Bei those extra lines, in which he affectionately (in a non slashy way) recalled his visits to Zhuge Liang’s thatched cottage, as those scenes and his words showed how deep their friendship had grown over the years, how grateful he was to Zhuge Liang for what he had helped him achieve, and how regretted he felt for not taking Zhuge Liang’s advice in his later years. This, plus his genuine mourning to the Yiling defeat, were quite heart wrenching to watch.
With regard to the old series, firstly I have to say Sun Yanjun has to be one of the WORST actors I have ever watched on screen. His portrayal of Liu Bei is completely one dimensional, I just could not see any layers or any character development in his performance. In this particular scene, I could not sense any emotions from his performance, whereas all Tang Guoqiang cared to showcase was his grandiose acting skills. (crying at the right time and delivering his lines in a Shakespearean stage actor manner). This alone made the scene look fake and emotionless. When Liu Bei said to Zhuge Liang to “take the throne yourself if Liu Shan cannot be assisted”, I plainly and simply failed to sense any sincerity in those lines. It sounds totally unconvincing, he made it sound like he was indeed testing Zhuge Liang’s loyalty, or as you have put it: 玩人心 Of course this is largely because of Sun Yanjun’s bland delivery of those lines, and Tang Guoqiang’s dramatic and over the top reactions to it.
