Christian Klien agrees that his second point of the season at Hockenheim, his first since the Bahrain opener, could hardly have been more timely.
The 23-year-old Austrian performed strongly all weekend in Germany; a fact that could find an explanation in a little rumour doing the rounds at present.
''I had a really good weekend, which is exactly what I needed,'' Klien said, amid suggestions that Red Bull has now penned a contract with him for 2007.
High-ranking Red Bull 'motor sport advisor' Helmut Marko, however, was quoted in the Austrian newspaper Salzburger Nachrichten as insisting that the team is likely to wait until Michael Schumacher's decision - about whether to quit or go on - before committing to a driver line-up for 2007.
This is a further hint that Felipe Massa is still in the running for a ride with the Milton-Keynes based team.
