I feel like a teenage girl, so excited and so rejuvenated by my newly found enthusiasm towards SSH. I am just very glad that I finally “got to know SSH” as he appears to be such a wonderful person and no doubt an incredible actor!!
As I am about to go on a business trip for two weeks and might not be able to freely indulge myself into this SSH’s frenzy and obsession for a while, I wanted to dedicate this little clip to you all at this wonderful home of SSH and to commemorate this deep passion we all share towards SSH.
I would like to thank you all for your understanding of my lack of ability in communicating in Chinese, your open mind of my no-so-easy-to-follow writing style, your tolerance in being constantly bombarded by my frequent posts; and most importantly, your hospitality in quickly accepting me, a “know nothing” fan of SSH, to be part of the in circle. My appreciation is beyond words.
This is NOT a farewell (no one can say good-bye to SSH!!!) as I will always be around reading posts and sharing news and thoughts with you whenever I can, and I will think about you and SSH often and wish you well when I am not able to be on-line and connected to you.
So, about this little clip that I made - please be forewarned that it is definitely armature as it one of my very first movies, but I tried my best with the time I had learning the new software and squeezing every ounce of creativity I had. Your comments (and criticism) are much appreciated.
I complied my favorite photos from “Diamond For You” photobook shared by 走近幸福ing (jiahui) and from MJC website, thenI mixed in with some of the best shots from the event on June 9 captured by various news media. The music "Clair de lune," (meaning “moon shine” in French) is from the third and most famous movement of Suite bergamasque, one of the most well-known piano suites by Claude Debussy. I just love this music and thought it fits the atmosphere and idea I wanted to create and convey --- SSH will always sparkle like a diamond in our hearts, just like the moon lights up the dark night.
