Yes,at least I'm running into some people who think so~
The school library computer is Bugeili, but I really wanna leave a comment, so I sign for a new username please recognize me ORZ
I'm choosing a physics teacher who's from Britain [important part of the reason why I'm heading for his class], I searched for student evaluation of his classes and it turns out that many people really appreciate his accent. For example,
"...You'll have quizzes almost every Thursday and one paper due at the end of the semester. Class material is interesting and Prof. Jessop's British accent makes it all the better."
"...You don't really have to pay attention, but if you do you will learn interesting things and experience Jessop's British sense of humor. I don't think he teaches the class very often, but if he does you should take him."
"This was the best class ever. He made the material relateable and interesting and has an awesome British accent."
"...Awesome British accent and sense of humor though. Overall, not a bad class to get your topical science req out of the way. Recommended."
"...He loves to see students in office hours and you can tell he definitely cares about the class. And the accent is great...calming...(super understandable British accent- dont be scared). Jessop is definitely a best choice."
