之前在中国的时候，有看过一本！
其实我是看的懂，就是不会写～
我的问题是不会写！
不是打字，打字的话，我是可以的！
但用手写的话，真的是不行了～　

我不是想要跟你比............. Okay, I'm sorry, but these school computers make it pretty hard to type Chinese. I just wanted to play around a little bit after you told me what you knew, and then asked me too.... And I wanted to show you that age doesn't have too much to do with it: pretty much everything I told you about happened before I went to high school at all.


i have to say sorry too! i think both of us shouldn't start it off! i hate typing
chinese on school computer! it takes forever and ever to type just one word!i think i have to learn from you! i wish my SAT will be as good as you next year! :) but yea, so r we

lol~ no, seriously, i'm a pathetic person = =... for example, i never took the initiative to learn a language on my own like you did. perhaps i'm responsible enough with chinese, but that's totally different. and yeah, i'm just as passive in many other respects.

i never though that i will too!
its just probably that i'm young so i learn things faster!
you know when ur young u want to know alot of thing and interested in alot of things!
thats just probably how i am!
french is something that i have to learn, inorder to graguate from high school!
but i'm not that good ar french! i can speak the basic!
粤语 is the language that i learn when i went to school in new york for 3 year!
most people there are from guan zhou so they speak 粤语！
thats how i learn that! i can't say i'm good at it but i can talk to a person fine!
fuzhou dialect is a languge that i speak at home so i won't have a problem really with it!
but i think that, ur still smart, u made it to the national spelling bee! :)


cool. yeah, so that again proves the importance of one's environment, and of being young. i myself got out of ESL and into the accelerated program within 3 months of being in this country. i definitely didn't get to be fluent in spanish within 3 months, and nor did i try to do so. but yeah, by some standards i guess i am smart. but that's all i've got. in every other way, especially my lifestyle, i'm incredibly stupid. i shouldn't go into detail, but basically it balances out. in fact, it balances out against my favor... blargh~ 

i got out of ESL after i took the english test that they provide me! then i got allin AP classes because i am in IB! i'm not saying that i'm smart now! but its just enivorment are different! we learn different things!

yeah, same for me: i had to take a test too. except, wait, how can you take AP classes when you're 8? because that's the time period that i had been referring to. I guess we're talking about different things. and at my high school the classes aren't like public school classes. for example, i was able to take BC calc during my freshman year. but the english class is the same for everyone. we don't actually have anAP english course, but our sophomores and juniors still do well on the AP exams. soyeah, haha.

nonono, not when i'm 8!you miss understand me! when i got out of esl! i was in honors class! but when i got in high school thats when i join IB! i move around to much! i went to jefferson high school when i was in newyork, then my mom tranfer me to our lady of mercy high,which is a private school! most high schools don't have IB only AP. but when i loveback to valdosta thats when i enroll in valdosta high school, thats when i join IB!
