As a Chinese college student, I have to pass CET-4, otherwise I will not gain a bachelor's degree. Therefore I spend a lot of time studying English.

Every morning I read an English article for nearly one hour, trying to understand it and memorize new words in it. Then I will use these new words to make up interesting stories. In this way I have gradually enlarged my vocabulary.

Besides, I do English listening comprehension exercises for about an hour every afternoon. Normally, I will listen to two or three passages for their mian idea and then try to finish the listening part of a model test. My listening abilility, I think, is better than before.

Last but not least, I write a short English essay every day. Thanks to my English teacher's patience in correcting and polishing my compositions, my writing ability has improved a lot.

Now my interest in English is much stronger, and my confidence in learning English well is much greater. I will go on working hard and try my best to get fully prepared for CET-4.
