之所以那么低就是因为原版的一个Bug 研究不论是步兵 还是坦克机械兵的士气以后 当前的部队 每个个体都加1点或者3点士气 而研究以后 兵营里新出来的团却是整个团加的一点或是3点士气 平摊到每个个体上只有零点几的士气增加 和不升没有什么区别 我已经找到了那段代码可是不知道怎么修改

考虑过把里边的Add变成Multiply amount 后边变成1.2 就是把加一点变成提高20%(算下来差不多)可是载入就会产生错误
还有Modifier 那个属性在哪里可以找到啊 肯定和里边的一些程序设定有关系
